2026 MACCA Apprentice Graduation Celebration

Join MACCA for an evening of celebration as we recognize the graduates of the 2026 Apprentice Program and honor the dedication, perseverance, and hard work that have prepared them for successful careers in the HVAC industry.

This special event brings together apprentices, instructors, employers, family members, and industry professionals to celebrate the accomplishments of our graduates while recognizing the importance of developing the next generation of skilled HVAC professionals.

Featuring Keynote Speaker Carmen Ciricillo

This year's celebration will feature nationally recognized speaker and comedian Carmen Ciricillo.

Known throughout the construction industry for his unique blend of real-world experience, education, and humor, Carmen has spent decades entertaining and inspiring audiences across the country. His presentations are packed with relatable jobsite stories, practical insights, and the kind of comedy that anyone in the trades can appreciate.

Whether you're an apprentice just beginning your career or a seasoned industry professional, Carmen's keynote promises to be both entertaining and memorable.

⛳ About the Course

Heron Creek Golf & Country Club is an Arthur Hills-designed championship course known for its natural beauty, elevation changes, and challenging yet enjoyable layout.

Players will experience:

Three distinct nine-hole layouts (Oaks, Marsh, and Creek)
Rolling fairways and sparkling water features
A beautifully maintained, championship-level course
A uniquely Southwest Florida golf experience

Golf Attire (Dress Code)

Proper golf attire is required.

For women, dresses, blouses, slacks and golf shorts with a minimum of six inch inseam are considered proper attire. Shirts must have sleeves or a collar.

For men, shirts with collars and sleeves, shirts with turtlenecks, mock turtlenecks, slacks, and golf shorts with a minimum six inch inseam are considered proper attire. Tee shirts, jeans, cut-offs, sweatpants, bathing suits or other athletic attire are not permitted. Pants and shorts must be neat and presentable, and must be worn at the natural waistline. Shirt tails must be tucked in.

Future plans for addressing this issue and how our members can help.
There are protocols in each county/city for reporting unlicensed contractors. What information is needed to file a report?
Legal requirements for licensed contractors (i.e.; license # on vehicles, etc.)

We have partnered with SWFL PHCC on this event to expand the reach of this educational program and assist their members on this topic.
