We are all facing employee shortages and it doesn’t look like recruiting is going to get easier anytime soon.

Who are these Millennials? How do they differ from our previous work forces? How do we find them, interview them, manage and retain them? How do we keep sane in this current market? How can we meet our needs in the world of Millennials?

Our speaker, Rosemary DiDio Brehm, is a Training and Strategic Planning Consultant who specializes in People Productivity and Team Development for large and small businesses. Rosemary has done the strategic planning for a number of our local refrigeration and air conditioning contractor associations and has spoken at the Annual FRACCA Conference. In addition to her consulting business, she and her husband own Affordable Displays, a fixture manufacturing company in Clearwater, FL. There, she oversees people productivity, which includes, recruiting, on-boarding new employees, creating and managing the On-the-Job Training Program, and ensuring that employees understand company culture and job expectations.

She has had to be innovative in finding and bringing on employees to do the work to “keep our clients happy and coming back.”
