Paul served multiple terms as MACCA President and was a founding force behind FRACCA, helping establish the organization more than 25 years ago as the unified statewide voice for HVAC contractors. Today, as FRACCA President, he continues to champion contractor rights, industry growth, and strong leadership across Florida.
